A gluten free version of our traditional butter scone. Delicious as is, or can be the base for your favorite flavored scone.
This bag makes 8 scones. You will need 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
Ingredients: Gluten free flour (white rice flour, potato starch, cornstarch, tapioca flour, and xanthan gum), organic crystallized cane juice, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla powder (dextrose), salt.
